We check the engine, model year, service requirements and conversion details. Oil viscosity is only part of the picture: the required manufacturer specification or approval matters too.
Filters, coolant and driveline fluids are selected for the application. Tell us about towing, short trips, heavy loads and any modifications so the service plan reflects how the vehicle is used.

Can you service a RAM, Silverado or F-Series bought somewhere else?
Yes. We welcome vehicles supplied by Australian distributors and independent importers, including right-hand-drive conversions. Send the VIN, model and conversion details so we can confirm the service or repair requirements.
Do you use the correct oil for my petrol or diesel engine?
We select oil against the engine’s required viscosity and manufacturer specification or approval. The VIN, model year, engine and service information help identify the correct fluids and filters; there is no single oil suitable for every American truck.
Can I get my vehicle serviced this week?
Ask us. We offer same-week appointments when capacity and parts allow. Send a booking enquiry or call the workshop and we’ll confirm an available time. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment until we confirm it.
Do you offer pickup, drop-off and express servicing?
Yes, for suitable local bookings by arrangement. Include your suburb and preferred day when enquiring. We’ll confirm collection, return and whether express servicing suits the work required.
Can you diagnose an imported or converted American vehicle?
We offer extensive diagnostic support for American vehicles and take the conversion into account. Diagnostic access, software requirements and the fault itself vary by vehicle, so provide the VIN and symptoms before booking.
Do you service ordinary cars and business fleets too?
Yes. Alongside American trucks, we offer a range of servicing and repairs for domestic passenger vehicles, SUVs, utes and local business fleets. Tell us your vehicles and the work required.
